1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services:

  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and password (stored securely, typically as a hash).
  • User Content: We collect the information, data, text, queries, prompts, stories, media, and other content you submit, upload, or provide to the Services for processing ("User Content"). This is necessary to generate your requested videos.
  • Output Content: We store the videos, images, audio, text, and other content generated by the Services based on your User Content ("Output Content") to make it available to you within your account.
  • Payment Information: When you make purchases (like subscriptions or Credits), our third-party payment processor collects your payment details. Veloqi does not store your full credit card number but may receive transaction confirmations and related details.
  • YouTube Integration Data: If you choose to connect your YouTube account, we access certain data via the Google API Services, such as your YouTube channel information and authorization tokens, solely to facilitate the upload of your Output Content to YouTube as you direct.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, features used, access times, and referring website addresses. This may be collected directly or through third-party analytics services.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect Usage Data, enhance your experience, understand service usage, and for analytics purposes.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • To create your account and manage your access.
  • To process your User Content and generate Output Content.
  • To process transactions, manage subscriptions, and track Credit usage.
  • To facilitate the upload of your Output Content to YouTube when you use the integration feature.
  • To communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, sending service-related notices, and providing customer support.
  • To send you marketing communications (if you opt-in), such as newsletters or promotions about Veloqi. You can opt-out at any time.
  • To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, security incidents, and other illegal activities.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, email delivery, and AI model hosting/provision. These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your information.
  • With AI Technology Partners: To generate Output Content, we send your User Content (like prompts or scripts) to third-party AI models. These partners process the data according to their own privacy policies and terms. We strive to partner with reputable providers but do not control their data handling practices.
  • YouTube API Services: When you authorize the connection and initiate an upload, we share necessary information (like the video file and potentially metadata derived from your User Content) with YouTube via the Google API Services.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. YOUTUBE INTEGRATION (GOOGLE API SERVICES)

Veloqi allows you to connect your YouTube account to upload generated videos directly. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Data Accessed: We access information necessary to upload videos, which may include your YouTube channel details and authorization tokens.
  • Use: This data is used exclusively to upload videos to your YouTube channel upon your request within the Services. We do not use this data for any other purpose, such as advertising or unrelated analysis. Information received from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • Storage: We securely store the necessary tokens or identifiers required to maintain the connection and facilitate uploads.
  • Sharing: We only share this data with Google/YouTube as required to perform the upload via their API. We do not share this specific Google user data with other third parties unless required by law.
  • Revoking Access: You can disconnect your YouTube account from Veloqi through your Veloqi account settings (if available) or revoke Veloqi's access via the Google security settings page. Upon disconnection or revocation, we will delete the stored Google API data associated with the connection.

By using the YouTube integration feature, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS

Veloqi utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models to generate video content based on your User Content. When you use these features, your User Content (such as text prompts or scripts) is sent to these third-party providers for processing. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to review the policies of the AI providers we use (we will list significant providers here or provide links if feasible and appropriate). Your use of Veloqi constitutes acknowledgment of this processing by third parties.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons) to track activity on our Services and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.   • Usage Data for analytics and service improvement purposes, often in an aggregated or anonymized form.

Upon account deletion request, we will take steps to delete your personal information, subject to legal or operational retention needs (e.g., for transaction records or fraud prevention).
